Your psychotherapist will work with you to gain an understanding your you presenting concern and develop a plan of action.

Because understanding is a key factor in therapeutic success, it is essential that you provide your psychotherapist with feedback if you feel he or she has misunderstood something or does not have a clear picture of your situation.

We value your feedback as it helps us provide a more individualized treatment experience for you.
